We presently hope to have orders for electronic/ electromechanical components of $20.0 million in 2012 and are expecting to grow at a healthy rate over the next five years.

We meet a variety of needs of our clients, by sourcing their entire requirements of electronic components, functioning as a service organization, meeting small and adhoc requirements of our customers.

This service is greatly appreciated by customers, who in the normal course of business would be given little or no attention by big manufacturers. In so servicing our customers, we have opportunity to deal with a whole host of active and passive devices/components.

OUR STRENGTHS

We believe that your primary advantage is the fact that all your transactions WILL BE WITH US, HERE IN THE U.S. Unless absolutely unavoidable, we would like to insulate you from the aggravation that is caused to principals that are not used to the Indian way of doing business. The Indian end will be handled competently by Aarjay International.

1. FEATURE. Aarjay is headed by Mr. P.K. Ramachandran, an engineer who graduated with honors in "Electronics" from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras - a reputed school in India. In addition, he has an MBA from another top school in business. Aarjay therefore lends a substantial amount of technical support to our Marketing effort.

Mr. Ramachandran is supported by a team of SALES ENGINEERS, and a group of APPPLICATION ENGINEERS who have all graduated from well known Engineering Schools.

YOUR BENEFIT: Your products will be promoted in India by a team of technical sales personnel, who can elicit the respect of clients. Also, these sales people will be supported by a team of Application Engineers, who will have in-depth knowledge of the products and their respective applications.

2. FEATURE. Elkay is well versed with Export Documentation, obtaining Export Licenses etc. Many of our top executives have attended export license seminars, to keep abreast of the current regulations.

YOUR BENEFIT: All documentation with respect to Export Licensing will be handled by us here. Your goods can be shipped to us and we will take care of all aspects of overseas shipping.

3. FEATURE. Another significant feature is the way the Aarjay/Elkay relationship is structured. Aarjay is an associate concern of Elkay and is not a direct Indian "Rep" of any U.S. manufacturer. As such, Mr. Ramachandran has access to all levels of clients' management and could accompany visiting officers of our Principals, right to the table of the decision-makers.
